Terms and Conditions for International Shipping Services By Sincerely Air Sea Cargo / Triple Trade & Pack Co., Ltd.
- Sea Freight Charges quoted do not include Local Charges, Import Duty, Value Added Tax (VAT), destination customs clearance fees, or any other charges that may occur at the destination country.
- For Air Freight / Courier shipments handled by FedEx or UPS, duties, taxes, and related charges may be collected at the time of delivery or billed afterward in accordance with the carrier's policy.
- The consignee shall be fully responsible for the payment of all import duties, taxes, and any related charges. Failure to make payment may result in additional charges and may negatively affect the consignee's future import records.
- The company acts solely as a service provider for export arrangements, documentation preparation, and export license services within the Kingdom of Thailand. The company shall not be responsible for prohibited, restricted, or illegal goods under Thai law or the destination country's regulations.
- If the shipment is held, quarantined, inspected, seized, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities or any related government agency in Thailand or the destination country, the company shall not be liable for any costs, penalties, or legal consequences. All such responsibilities shall be borne entirely by the customer.
- Any charges arising from storage, warehousing, demurrage, detention, customs delays, shipment quarantine, late clearance, late payment, or any other related expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- In the event that the consignee refuses to accept the shipment, abandons the cargo, or fails to complete customs clearance, all associated costs including storage, return shipping, and disposal charges shall be the responsibility of the customer.
- If the consignee is unable to import the goods due to missing required import licenses, permits, or other necessary documentation for controlled or restricted goods, all costs related to return shipment, destruction, or handling of the cargo shall be the responsibility of the customer.
- Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is for reference only. The company cannot guarantee the exact arrival date and shall not be responsible for delays caused by airlines, shipping lines, customs procedures, cargo inspections, or force majeure events.
- Cargo Insurance shall be applicable only upon the customer's request and additional insurance purchase. Customers are advised to carefully review the insurance policy terms. In case of damage or loss, customers must immediately contact the insurance company at destination and notify the company without delay.

Free Storage Period shall be counted from the first day the company receives the
goods from
the customer or supplier, as follows:
- Sea Shipment
- LCL: 60 days
- LCL: 60 days
- FOB: 30 days
- Air Freight: 15 days
- Courier: 15 days
- Overtime storage charges after the free storage period are as follows:
- THB 30 / CBM / Day
- 20' Container: Maximum THB 10,000 per month
- 40' Container: Maximum THB 20,000 per month
- In case the customer cancels the service after the company has received the goods, storage charges of THB 30 / CBM / Day will be applied starting from the first day of receiving the goods.
- If the customer leaves the goods for more than 1 year and/or fails to pay storage charges, the company reserves the right to claim legal ownership of the goods in accordance with applicable law.
